Every month, you get 3 in-depth lessons that expire the next month. You don’t get permanent access to these lessons, so you must apply them right away. You submit to the monthly contest for a chance to win cash and personalized feedback. Hang out with other Kaizen Flow members in a live voice session mid-month, and build habits to see real growth. Kaizen Horizon (Tier 3)

1:1 mentorship through asynchronous video feedback. Send me your work, and I’ll send back detailed critiques. You can do this twice a month. This is for creatives who want direct, personalized guidance on the projects they’re working on.

FAQ

  • Kaizen Flow (Tier 2) members get 3 new lessons every month. On the 1st of the next month, those lessons expire, and are replaced with new ones.

    You WILL NOT have access to those lessons again. This is intentional, and encourages you to not stockpile lessons for later. Apply what you learn now because “later” never comes.

  • You have three options:

    1. Join Kaizen Horizon (Tier 3) and unlock the full archive of all past lessons

    2. Wait until it's sold as a standalone product (at a much higher price)

    3. Wait until it rotates back as an archived lesson of the month

  • Deep breakdowns & tutorials of how I work on real projects. From VFX and editing workflows to full project pipelines, creative thinking, and content strategies. No lesson is surface-level.

    I mainly use Adobe products to demonstrate (Premiere Pro & After Effects), so if you're using something like Resolve or Final Cut, you might not get the most out of the software-specific tutorials. The techniques & project breakdowns are translatable; you'll just need to find the equivalent tools in your editor of choice.
